ID Care: Driving Growth for Nation’s 2nd Largest Infectious Disease Medical Practice

In 1996, two independent infectious disease medical practices merged to form ID Care. It’s now become the largest, independent infectious disease practice on the East Coast, and the second largest in the United States.

Prior to our engagement, ID Care never had a formal medical practice marketing program. Acknowledging the rapidly changing and competitive healthcare environment, Trajectory was engaged to bolster brand reputation, strengthen physician referrals and build patient volume. Our digitally-focused efforts began with design and build of a new responsive website, followed by ongoing website/SEO optimization, content marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing, etc.

Our medical practice marketing program began with a summit with medical leadership and board, to align all stakeholder expectations.

Top priority was design, content and build of a new responsive medical practice website. This was followed by an ongoing integrated marketing program of website/SEO optimization, B2B and B2C digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, advertising, etc.

Consistent year-over-year increases in key ROI-producing metrics including:

  • organic website sessions
  • new user traffic
  • goal completions
  • click-through rates
  • Google My Business views and actions
  • new contracts with allied healthcare facilities
