CareOne is one of the largest eldercare organizations in the U.S., with multiple locations up and down the East Coast. Their corporate website had aged and it wasn’t providing the user experience required – for caregivers, prospective clients and CareOne – in an increasingly competitive healthcare services marketplace. Trajectory was engaged to develop a new website (inclusive of design and content) that would serve the organization for years to come.
CareOne’s promise is that everything matters. So we needed to make sure we understood everything to ensure our work truly mattered. We dove into the full spectrum of healthcare services that CareOne delivers across their long-term and short-term care facilities, explored their competitive set across their served geographies, the motivations and behaviors of prospective clients, and their current website analytics to inform our development of their new site.
