Formed in 1996, ID Care is now the largest independent infectious disease practice on the East Coast and the second largest practice in the country. With more than 30 physicians on staff to date representing over 20 hospitals, ID Care has become one of the most recognizable names in the infectious disease field.


Trajectory initially engaged with ID Care to grow physician referrals and patient volume, by bolstering the organization’s online presence.
