Business Challenge: Already a global leader in cardiac safety and ePRO solutions for clinical trials, leadership engaged Trajectory to help the company set the stage to capture new growth among its pharma, biotech, CRO and medical device clients.

Insight: The company isn't capturing all the value it can relative to its expertise, capabilities and reputation (revealed through research into market, competitors, client business and brand, customers and partners, outside role models).

Solution: New brand strategy that mobilized the organization and led to four new ERT-driven sub-brands. New logo and visual identity, messaging platform and website. Following global relaunch, a multi-faceted campaign (through print, online and tradeshow) touting ERT's new expanded capabilities.

Result: Surrounding marketing activities resulted in double digit increases in new bookings. Traffic to the new ERT website increased 30%, with inquiries (lead generation) increased by 40%.
