Her article, Lessons From The World’s Best Project Managers, provides the most important lesson managers working on change initiatives at GM, Nokia, Facebook and Method learned from launching projects with maximum success. But don’t limit yourself to thinking that these lessons only apply to game-changing initiatives. Because for much of the work that you do day in and day out, these lessons still ring true.
