Creating New Energy. We believe that a brand's energy should unite an organization, create new customer value and ignite new business growth. The more energy brands have - guided by purpose and based on their actions - the greater they help customers and companies grow stronger.
We create new brand energy across healthcare, well-being and beauty industries. Helping clients to see new possibilities. Developing and energizing their stories and strategies. Igniting creativity anywhere we can to help them launch, grow interest, excitement and participation.
Ultimately, helping clients to focus, perform better and create new growth.

After graduating Boston University School of Management, she was recruited to join the marketing team at HBO, quickly rising through the organization. Following HBO, Randi enjoyed a ten-year career as VP at Citibank, and SVP Marketing & Sales at The CIT Group (where she was the second person hired into the new retail division, authoring the initial strategic and annual business plans). Randi's been with Trajectory since 2001, providing tremendous counsel and leadership both internally and to Trajectory clients.

He joined Trajectory in 2006 and has grown to become a key part of the team ensuring our clients' Energizing Brand Ideas are seamlessly brought to life across branding, advertising, web and interactive.
Mark has been with Trajectory since 2006, after chalking up valuable experience in both in-house client agency and cross-media creative agency. "Mr. Diversity" is equally adept at relaunch design for a healthcare system as he is developing cross-channel campaigns for beauty devices and "monster" videos for appliance cleaning products. He's also a wickedly skilled photographer and possesses the largest collection of bobble-heads ever assembled at one desk.
