Principals
Eric BrodyPresident, Brand Strategy Leader
Eric founded Trajectory in 1999, leveraging his consulting, client and ad agency background. Prior to Trajectory, Eric was President of Sawtooth Branding and EVP and Management Board member at Interbrand, the worlds most influential brand consultancy. Other professional experiences include senior marketing positions at Beiersdorf Inc, L'Oreal and Faberge/Unilever (both established brands and new products) and advertising account management positions at Marschalk and Benton & Bowles (now Lowe/Marschalk and DMB&B, respectively).
Outside the office, Eric sits on the Board of Directors at BMA New Jersey and First Tee, an organization committed to youth development through golf. Previous Board positions included Enablx Technologies and non-profits Metro YMCA of the Oranges and The Learning Circle (formerly Summit Childcare Centers). He has also served as an adjunct professor in the Seton Hall Graduate School of Corporate and Public Communications.
Randi Brody EVP & Partner, Marketing & Communications
Randi's impressive career spans both client and agency. After graduating Boston University School of Management, she was recruited to join the marketing team at HBO, quickly rising to Marketing Manager. Following HBO, Randi enjoyed a ten-year career as VP at Citibank, and SVP Marketing & Sales at The CIT Group (where she was the second person hired into the new retail division, authoring the initial strategic and annual business plans). Her agency experience includes Chinnici Direct (now Margeotis), where she was EVP in charge of Account Management, New Business Development and Market Planning. Randi's been with Trajectory since 2001, providing tremendous value, counsel and leadership both internally and to Trajectory clients.
